Products & Availability

We do our best to keep product descriptions, colors, and sizing accurate. That said, colors may vary slightly from screen to screen, and popular items can sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we'll let you know right away and offer a full refund or help you find an alternative. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include no hidden fees. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices may change from time to time, but any changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. Promotional codes and bundle discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information to the email address on your order. Delivery timelines are estimates — occasional delays happen, and we appreciate your patience.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Size exchanges are free. Bundle purchases allow individual item exchanges without returning the entire set. For full details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — our designs, photography, copy, logo, and brand name — belongs to Hayloft & Co. You're welcome to share our products on social media (we love that!), but please don't reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Our patterns, prints, and product designs are original works and are protected accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

We put a lot of care into everything we make and sell, but we can't guarantee that our website will always be available or error-free. Hayloft & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
